When did you start drawing?
Ever since Pre-k, I think. I liked to paint butterflies and stuff like that. I've always had an interest in art for as long as I can remember.

Which hand do you use for drawing?
Right-handed. Although, it would be extremely pimp to be ambidextrous...

Which is easier to draw - male or female?
That's a good question...
To be honest, I like to draw both. But its easier for me to draw curvy things...=w=;;. I guess I'll go with girls on that one.

Which is easier to draw - long hair or short hair?
Definitely short hair. You can't get too funky with long hair and you need to be sure to get the flow of the hair right or it looks funny.

Is it easier to draw the head facing towards the right or the left?
The left, considering I'm a rightie.

Is it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
To be honest, I don't like either. 3/4 view is the easiest for me. Not really sure why though.

What do you have problems in drawing?
Coming up with something original. Especially clothing and other things like that. I always end up drawing the same types of things over and over again.

What do you like to draw?
Well, my OCs are my babies, so I guess I like to draw them the most. But half of my gallery is probably composed of random doodles cause I doodle... A LOT.

Are you a traditional artist or a digital artist?
I'm not capable of creating digital art at the moment, but I my colored pencils, so I'll be sticking to traditional art for a while.


Where do you start drawing from?
I draw the shape of the head first. Starting somewhere else messes up my proportions... u.u

What is your drawing habit that you are aware of?
Whenever I start a drawing or doodle that isn't supposed to be anyone special, it almost always turns into a girl with a ponytail. No clue why my hands keep drawing 'em.

What do you keep in mind when you do lineart?
Err... Not really sure how to answer that. I guess I make sure that everything's inked in before I erase. Sometimes I forget, and a chunk of my picture ends up missing...

Any tips for coloring/shading?
It pays to layer and blend colors. I usually blend with a white colored pencil. Makes it look smooth.

How long does it take to finish a piece of art?
If all goes well and I do it in one go, maybe about an hour.

What music do you listen to while you draw?
I don't like a specific type of music really. But whatever it is, I blast it in my ears. I like to be focused on drawing alone and tune everything else out. Without music blasting, I'd start thinking about other things...

How long does it take you to come up with an idea?
Forever. That's why I never submit. XD

Your favorite drawing utensils?
My special mechanical pencil. I named him Steve. I've actually had multiple Steves, but whenever I lose him, I buy the exact same kind and color again.

Your favorite color/the color that you use a lot?
Not really sure... maybe different types of blues and greens?

Your favorite style(s)?
Don't have one specific one. As long as it's pretty and unique.

Are you satisfied with your current art?
I guess. But there's always room for improvement.
